SPRHS is a full service family health care center that addresses all of the basic health care needs of patients, including medical, dental, behavioral health and optometry services. If you do not have insurance, there is a sliding fee scale, based on the family size and income. In accordance with federal regulations, proof of income must be provided for the patient to be eligible for any discount on services.Hours: M-F 8am - 12 pm and 1 pm - 5 pm.
