Services offered include STD testing, immunizations, prenatal care and chronic disease management. The Primary Health Care Program, Title V Program provides medical care to members of the community who need assistance in obtaining medical services and prescription medication at a reduced cost. These health care programs are able to treat a wide range of illnesses affecting infants through older adults, problems common to women and men, pregnancy and prenatal care, and provides preventive care to help avoid serious illnesses. An office visit co-pay of $5.00 and a prescription co-pay of $5.00 will apply. The Health District accepts CHIP and Medicaid.
