If your call is an emergency, a crisis team may be sent out to help manage your situation. This program provides basic medical services to residents of this hospital district who cannot receive health care coverage from any other source and who are eligible for the program. Eligibility is based on income and resources.

Primary Health Care provides health care services for men and women whose family income is 25% to 150% of the Federal Poverty Level. Services include medical visits, limited prescriptions, limited dental, health screening, monitoring of blood pressure and blood sugar, health risk profile, preventive health education, and other referral services.
